This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "You") and RoadTextile ("Company," "We," or "Us") governing your use of our website (the "Site") and purchase of products. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or accepting delivery of products, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully before using our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and will provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.
2.1 To place an order, you must provide valid contact details (name, phone number, delivery address) and select your desired products. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.
2.2 We will send an order confirmation via SMS or email within 24 hours of your submission. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance—we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or other unforeseen issues.
2.3 You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your delivery address and contact information. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect details provided by you.
3.1 We exclusively accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. No advance payment, credit/debit card, or electronic payment methods are supported.
3.2 You must pay the full order amount (including applicable taxes and delivery fees) in cash to the delivery driver upon receipt of your products.
3.3 Checks, money orders, or digital payment methods will not be accepted at delivery. Failure to provide cash payment may result in order cancellation, and we reserve the right to refuse future orders in such cases.
3.4 The order amount is final at the time of order placement, except for any applicable taxes or fees that may be adjusted based on your delivery location (we will notify you of changes prior to delivery).
4.1 We aim to deliver orders within 3-7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on your location and are not guaranteed.
4.2 A signature (or verbal confirmation for contactless delivery) may be required upon delivery to verify receipt. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the driver may reschedule or leave a delivery notification for you to arrange pickup.
4.3 We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5.1 We warrant that products will be free from manufacturing defects and will conform to the descriptions on the Site at the time of delivery.
5.2 If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund (via bank transfer, as COD payments are non-refundable in cash).
5.3 For non-defective products, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
5.4 Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.
6.1 You agree to use the Site only for legitimate purposes and in compliance with this Agreement and applicable laws.
6.2 You will not attempt to access, modify, or disrupt any part of the Site or our systems.
6.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information (if applicable) and for all activities conducted under your account.
7.1 We collect and use your personal information (name, contact details, delivery address) solely for order processing, delivery, and customer support. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., with delivery partners) or as required by law.
7.2 We do not collect or store any payment information, as all payments are made in cash at delivery.
7.3 By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in this Agreement.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoadTextile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to lost profits, damages to property, or personal injury.
8.2 Our total liability for any claim related to this Agreement or your order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant product(s).
9.1 We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
9.2 Your continued use of the Site or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement. We recommend reviewing this Agreement periodically.
9.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or refuse to process orders at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
9.2 Termination of this Agreement shall not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.
